Using TrackMyOffice offline

Pages, data and edits keep working without internet; everything syncs automatically when you reconnect.

Follow these steps

    Load the pages you need while online once — they are then cached on your device.

  2. 2

    Keep working normally offline: mark attendance, edit the journal, add meetings — changes apply instantly on your screen.

  3. 3

    Watch the sync indicator: changes made offline are queued on the device.

  4. 4

    Reconnect to the internet — the queue replays automatically and your data lands in the cloud in order.

Push notifications and server-side geo auto-marking need a network connection; they resume automatically when you are back online.

Good to know

  • Your sign-in is kept alive offline, so a flaky connection never logs you out.

  • Signing out wipes all local offline data for security.
