- Profile data: Work details such as your office location and employment type.
- Attendance records: WFO, WFH, and leave entries you log within the app.
- Journal entries: Daily tasks, notes, and reflections you write.
- Usage data: Pages visited, features used, and session duration — collected anonymously.
- Device data: Browser type, operating system, and IP address for security purposes.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:

- ✓Calculate attendance statistics and cab allowance eligibility

Your data is stored securely using Supabase, which is hosted on AWS infrastructure with encryption at rest and in transit. We implement industry-standard security measures including:

TrackMyOffice is not intended for users under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such data, please contact us immediately.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by displaying a prominent notice in the app at least 14 days before the change takes effect. Continued use of the service after that date constitutes acceptance of the new policy.
